The Reports section allows you to generate different reports on the app usage by staff and families, resident engagement (posts, activity participation, mood score..) and activity participation :

Select Worksite choose your dates and click on Generate.

Wait a minute or so and refresh the page until you see the Status change to Done.

You can then click on Show to get the report.

This Worksite report shows you the overall engagement of your worksite: #posts, #likes, #comments, family invited & connected, etc.

Select Residents, choose your dates and click on Generate.

Wait a minute or so and refresh the page until you see the Status change to Done.

You can then click on Show to get the report.

This reports show you statistics broken down per residents: #posts they were tagged into, #activity participation, average moodscore, etc..

You can then click on Show to get the report.

This reports show you all activities that the selected residents took part in and the comments from your team. You can easily export that data as a PDF or CSV file:
