Concierge lets you book extra services for your loved one — a hairdresser visit, a day out, or another treat — directly through the app.

Once you’ve made a booking, you’ll get a confirmation email. You can also find it any time under Bookings, in the top-right corner of the app.

Don’t see a service you’re looking for? Just ask your care home — they may be able to add it.
