The care home can share its activities calendar with you, so you can see what’s planned each week.

After an activity, staff can note who took part and how they seemed — you’ll be able to see this on your loved one’s profile.

Sometimes the care home plans a special event for families — a summer party, or a festive get-together, for example. You’ll get a notification whenever one is added, and can reply right in the app. These events show a small icon next to their name.

Simply click "RSVP" in the email.

From there you can say whether you can attend or not.
