DASHBOARD
The Dahsboard shows:
Posts from the care home that mention your loved one
Posts you’ve shared yourself
Any private messages between you and the care home
Use the tabs at the top to switch between posts from family members and posts from the care home. You can like or comment on any post, or create a new one of your own.
ADDING A POST
Write a short description of what you’d like to share.
Add a photo or video, if you’d like.
Click Post now — it’s shared straight away.
SENDING A PRIVATE MESSAGE TO THE CARE HOME
If you’d rather send something just to the staff, tick Send direct message when creating your post. Only the care home’s managers will see it.
Please note: anything sent as a direct message won’t appear in the printed Family Newsletter.
EDITING OR DELETING YOUR POST
Made a mistake? You can edit or delete any post you’ve shared, any time.
ADDING A COMMENT TO REPLY TO A POST
When the care home addS a post, you can easily reply by adding a comment.
To add a comment, scroll down below the picture to find the Comment field, add your message and click Add Comment.
