How it works
Invite from us – you will receive an invitation as a relative of a resident in a nursing home using Altra Family. This will arrive via email from [email protected] or SMS. Simply follow the instructions to sign up from the link in the email or SMS. If you need assistance please contact Altra at [email protected].
Easy to use Web and Mobile App – Altra Family can be accessed on any device through the web browser or Altra’s mobile app which can be downloaded on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Everything under the Resident Profile - your profile will be directly linked to your loved one’s profile ensuring you only receive information relevant to your loved one.
Sharing moments - We can share photos, videos, messages, voice notes and more directly with you.
Family Newsletters - As a relative you can also send in photos/messages to the resident profile to be shared with your loved one. Through Altra, we can print personalised “Family Newsletters” for your loved one with the photos and messages you and your family send.
Invite more relatives and friends - you can invite other relatives and friends of your loved one to be part of your loved one’s profile.
