This section allows manager to define the following org settings under the following tabs:

Enable Auto Posts: create auto-posts for relatives when their loved one has been tagged in an activity participation (daily or weekly notification)
Departments: if you use departments for your residents, we advise you to enter them here so you can easily post content and tag residents from a whole department in one go
Meal Types: set your meal types to add to the menu (e.g. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
Hide/Show allergens on the menu
PDF orientation for daily print of the activities calendar and menu
Items per page: this is a display settings for number of post or wellbeing hub activities that you want to display per page
Logo of your group that will be displayed on the different pages

Family and Facility Newsletter settings to manage the frequency and reminders
Activities Calendar
Activities Calendar: allow you to make it visible to relatives
Enable multiple activity calendars per departments
Concierge Settings
Allow only primary contacts to book concierge items
Visit Settings
Visit settings: allows you to define a max number of visits per day and per week per resident, and also to enable reminders in case a resident didn’t get any visit recently (you define the frequency)
In-person declaration: create a dedicated form for walk-in visits (more than mandatory during covid periods).
