Converting digital content into physical newsletters to the delight of your residents
We’ve created a simple 2-step process so you can print personalised newsletters for your residents with content posted by their families and your staff on Altra. The Newsletter will also become a new source of interaction between your residents and team beyond the “here and now”.
FAMILY NEWSLETTER SETTINGS
Newsletter configuration is done by managers in the Org settings.
"Number of days to include" defines the newsletter frequency and the reminder sends an email to all managers and staff who set-up the notification in their profile.
PRINTING THE FAMILY NEWSLETTER
Family Newsletter is found in the Residents tab:
Click the button, then you can generate the newsletter automatically or see the preview to make some adjustments:
When you click on Preview & Crop, you can re-centre the picture as you need, and you can also make the post on 1 full page instead of half a page. This would help you when a Family post has a lot of text, to ensure it is not cut.
