Resident Management

Here we will show you how to add and edit your resident list, invite relatives and more

RESIDENT LIST

You can see your active and archived residents in the Residents tab:

SORTING YOUR RESIDENT LIST
You can sort the list of residents by using the drop-down list provided for this purpose and clicking on the Search button. If you want to set one of the default sort values, you can change it directly in the Organization Settings page:

ADDING A RESIDENT

To add a resident, click on Add resident at the top right of your screen.
This will give you the option to add them individually or by CSV file import.

To add a single resident, simply enter their details and click Add Residents button at the bottom of the page:

If you have different departments in your organization, you can add them in the Organization Settings, then you will be able to select the Department on this page. This will allow you to easily find your residents when adding a post, or adding an activity participation.

The resident's interests is used with our AI Activity Companion module and allows you to offer personalised activities based on the resident's abilities and preferences.

RESIDENT PROFILE PAGE

From a resident profile, you can see:

  • The recent posts that the resident was tagged in, including activity participation automated updates

  • Activity participation: all the activities that the resident took part in, with your comments. This is especially useful when a family members asks which activities the resident took part in, or when you have an audit.

  • Relatives: this shows you the list of active and pending relatives. To know more about how to invite them, please read this article.

EDITING A RESIDENT PROFILE

If you click the Edit button, , you will have access to different features:

  • Update the resident profile (date of birth, interests, etc..)

  • Archive the resident: when the unfortunate event happen, you can archive the resident in a click (or reactivate it) but no worries - the content will always remain available in case families ask for it (this happens regularly)

  • Resident consent: this is a visual aid that you can use for your own purpose but the initial thought is to check if the resident agrees to have pictures of him posted online. Then you can see a tick on their profile and easily know which ones are ok with it or are not.

  • Family Code: You can get relatives to sign-up by giving them the family code.

  • Generate Resident Login Details: Finally, you can generate login details for the resident in case he or she doesn’t have an email address.

Creating a Resident Account

Go to the resident profile and click on Edit, there you will see a button to Generate Resident Login Details:

If the resident doesn't have an email address, you can generate a username and password instead.

The resident can change the password by logging in and going to My Profile.

If the resident has an email, you can add their email and they will be able to define their own password from the invitation email.
