Navigate the homepage and add posts to the delight of residents families

What is Altra?

As a manager or staff, you have access to the Dashboard which shows you the birthdays, upcoming activities as well as daily stats.
You can easily filter content between all, worksite and relatives, and engage by adding comments or liking a post.


ADDING A POST

If you click Add post, it will open the following page where you can choose to tag residents individually or by departments:

There are multiple privacy options for the post:

  • Mark as private: this is akin to a private conversation between managers and relatives. It will only be visible to managers.

  • Send to primary contact only

  • Hide comments from other relatives: this is enabled by default, it means the comments are separated by family circle.

  • Deactivate comments from relatives

  • Add to activity participation: this allows you to add an activity participation on the spot for the selected residents.

Simply add a description, a picture, video, voice note (on the mobile app), a poll or documents then click on Post now: your post is now live with the privacy settings you selected.

You can also schedule the post for later and select the date and time at which the post will go live.

Depending on the staff rights, posts may require an approval from a manager, in that case a message will be displayed at the top of the screen.

ADDING A PRIVATE POST FOR RELATIVES

When adding a post, if you tick "Mark as Private", this will create a private message sent directly to the families of the resident tagged in the post.

EDITING OR DELETING A POST

If ever you make a mistake and wish to edit or delete a post, do not worry for you can easily do it here on the post:

VIEW POST STATISTICS

You can view a post statistics by clicking the "View" button on the top right corner of the post. This will show you which residents were tagged, and who viewed / liked that post:
