How many family members can join, and will I see everyone else’s updates?
More than one relative or friend can join a resident’s circle, but you’ll only ever see updates about your own loved one — never about other residents.
Can I print what I share with my loved one?
Yes — anything you or other family members post can be gathered into a personal Family Newsletter, a printed keepsake many residents look forward to. Anything sent as a private direct message is left out, since that’s meant to stay between you and the care home.
How do I control which notifications I get?
Go to My Profile to turn notifications on or off, or (on mobile) tick Notify me via push notifications. You can also choose how often you receive activity update “auto-posts” — daily, weekly (Fridays), or not at all.
How do I book a visit or video call with my loved one?
Open the More menu and select Visits — your care home sets which days and times are available, and you choose a slot that works for you.
