What types of surveys can I create?
Surveys can go to residents or to families. Questions can be Multiple Choice, Single Choice, Single Choice (smiley scale), Text box, or Image, and any question can be marked as required. Any survey can also be made anonymous.
How do residents fill in a survey?
Usually on a tablet or phone with a staff member’s help — the survey page includes a dropdown to select which resident is answering, so you can submit one and move straight to the next.
How do I see the results?
Results collate automatically into one view (text answers or bar charts), and where a survey isn’t anonymous, you can drill into an answer to filter responses by that person. Export to PDF (with your own notes added) or CSV for raw answers.
