An auto-post is a message Altra sends you automatically — you don’t need to do anything for these to arrive. There are two kinds:

Activity updates — sent when your loved one takes part in an activity. Choose how often you’d like these in My Profile: daily, weekly (on Fridays), or not at all. ​

You can change the auto-post frequency for Activity participation from My Profile and define whether to receive it Daily, Weekly (on Fridays) or to disable it:

Family Newsletter notice — sent when the care home prints a new Family Newsletter that includes your messages. ​
