You can use the Family Library to share documents, videos, and more with families. This Library is permanent and allows families to access and search it, unlike posts that are quickly lost.

To add content, click on the button and follow the form:

Filters, separated by commas, will allow users to filter content based on the tag you define.

By scrolling down, you can add documents (e.g., meeting minutes), audio files, a YouTube video embed code, and set the content status: published or unpublished.

If you want to add a video from YouTube, click on the YouTube "Share" button to see the sharing options:

Then click on "Embed", which will allow you to "Copy" the embed code :

Finally, paste the code into the family content creation form:

Finally, click on Add. Your video has been embedded on the content page:
